BRISTOL MOD SCOOTER CLUB The ever-popular, growing Scooter Club in the South West.
Welcome to Welcome to the first Newsletter of 2008 – and the last big mailing the Club will make for the foreseeable future. In future, Club Members need to refer to the Newsletter online at the BMSC Website and to check the Forum for meeting / rideout updates through the course of the Season. We will only send hard-copy of the Newsletter to 2008 Members who have informed us that they do not have Internet access – speak now or forever …….etc etc
Since the last Newsletter, the AGM has come and gone. For those who didn’t get to attend, I’ve copied the AGM Minutes from the BMSC Forum, here they are:
Voting of new BMSC Club
Committee.
(plus we welcome any Club Member to join and
contribute to the Committee).
Please refer to BMSC Events Calendar for list of 2008
meetings and rideouts.
As you can see from the Events Calendar, there’s lots to look forward to in the coming Season. We also still have some spare monthly spots which are not assigned to Events yet – so if you have an idea, please let us know or come along to the next Committee Meeting. This will be held in June – watch out for the exact date of the BMSC Website Forum.
Thanks to all Members who have already paid their 2008 Annual Membership Fee. Please send your Fee through to me in the post :
15 Lawrence Grove Bristol BS9 4EL
We will be issuing the Club Patch (cloth patch for your parka / jacket) to “Paid Up” 2008 Club Members once they are ready.
Hopefully, the 2008 Scootering season will be characterised by sunny weather unlike much of 2007 and we very much look forward to seeing our Club Members and friends, old and new, at our Club Meetings and rideouts. So, get your dusters out and lets clean up our scoots and get out there !
