tomorrow 11-9-2011, spare some time to remember the 2997 people who died while doing nothing more but going to work like you and i, i went up the towers a few years before they where brought down, so is very emotive to me, so please remember, so we never forget

Yes- remember.

And when "they" start bleating about their "Human Rights" remember the near 3000 that had theirs ignored that morning.............

Gerry, Thanks for posting this. Sent a thinking of you card yesterday to my daughter, grandchildren and son in law who serves in The US Navy ( why I fly a stars and stripes on the scoot ) and live inVirginia. As we remember our fallen so we in a free society remember our friends over the pond.

I've watched the ceremonies on TV- very moving and poignant.

But why oh why did the British authorities allow a demonstration by a group of radical muslims near Grosvenor Square where they burnt a US flag???

If we burn a koran we get banged up- them? nothing
