Another enjoyable day! Big thank you to all the guys that turned up, even though the weather was a bit dodgey! As it happened, it remained pretty much dry most of the time we were there, and I hope you all got home before it chucked it down later on in the day.
Special thanx again to Des and Rich P for bringing down the 'Dezebo' and also to Colin for bringing his mobile disco set- up! As usual, we made a very impressive display of scooters, which was much appreciated by the public and the keen photographers that always show up at these events, such as Myk, who not only takes fab pics of us, but also kindly looks after our Flickr photo group.
We were also invaded by a few hen parties again- it seems a bit dangerous to park a few scoots in the centre of town on a Saturday afternoon these days! When these girls get together and have a few glasses of wine, well, no man or scooter is safe!
Oh yeah, and thank you Norm and Dave M, for giving me a couple of lifts on the back of their scoots! I had the luxury of having a backrest on Daves, but had to cling on for dear life onto the back of the seat on Norms! I like Norm a lot, but not enough to put my arms around his waist, 'specially when riding out of the show, past all those big hairy biker blokes!!
See ya next time. Jim

Cheers Jim
I'll surf the net over the next few days and get as many photos as I can invited and hopefully added to the Flickr Group.
In the meantime, can I suggest that some of your members who take photos join Flickr (It's Free!!) and add their photos of Bristol Mod Scooters to the group......making it the best place on the net to view the scooters in all their glory.
Regards
Myk
