Fantastic night- well done Bernie, our best Locarno Night to date. Thanx to everyone who came down to Mickey Lavins and making it a big success! Bernie was on top form, with the crowds calling for more- brilliant! Mike also came down on his scoot, and I've got some really good footage of his scooter, which you'll be able to see soon, plus other stuff. It truly was a fab night! Thanx Bernie for being the top DJ- well done buddy!

Jim.

Thanks Jim, what a great night it was.
Your new scoot, looks the business, and aptly named " Locarno Nights"....Love it .....(So did the girlies)
Thanks to all the club members that came down to Mickey Lavins, and joined in the fun. It has to be the best one yet, by a long way.
What the video doent show, was the ammount of people we squeezed in there. It was pretty chocca, from 10.00 onwards. Shame it all had to end.
Heres to the next one.............

Now that the effects of alcohol has warn off, Ive had a shufty through all the video footage I took, and it looks like quite a party going on, with gorgeous girls up dancing on top of the tables as the night went on! Crazy! I hope to cobble together a vid of the evening and shove it on here asap.

I'd also like to say a few more thank-you's. Big thanx to Lee and Mike G for their kind help- top geezers! Also thanx must go to Brian, the manager of Mickey Lavins, who tolerated quite a lot of 'high jinx', and his staff who looked after us all night very nicely indeed. Also thanx to Jenny, for keeping a watchful eye on Bernie, and again, thanx to everybody who was there- you lot made it a great night.

Cheerz for now, Jim

Looks like I missed a good night.

Reluctantly dragged away by the wife for the weekend at short notice. Couldn`t protest too much as she`s aware I spent a lot of money on something with two wheels recently...........

Jim I must strongly take you to task about showing those 3 young ladies on our website. I have always consulted my dear Great Aunt about my scootering activities and she has been most generous in providing me with funds for putting extra lights and mirrors on my machine in the cause of greater safety, imagine her shock on looking at your tales of our annual lemonade tasting in the centre of Bristol and showing young ladies , far past midnight, sitting on a Lambretta with others around embibing alcoholic beverages ! She has intimated she will no longer fund me in my love of the Italian 2 wheel transport and this will certainly put pay to me procuring any more chrome for my beloved scooter, anyway after careful consideration, you win, great aunt loses, so publish and be damned :stomp: :stomp: :stomp: :stomp: :stomp: :scooter: :scooter: we are the mods, we are the mods.......
